For the past month, I have been physically shut down due to Covid reactivating the Epstein-Barr virus in my body. This has been extremely difficult to deal with and the same time learning how to cope through this season has also been fruitful.
Thank you so much for those who have reached out and I decided to put a podcast out there to help people understand what is been going on and hopefully you can encourage those who may be in the same situation at sometime.

For the past month, I have been physically shut down due to Covid reactivating the Epstein-Barr virus in my body. This has been extremely difficult to deal with and the same time learning how to cope through this season has also been fruitful.

Send us a text So much stress can come from simply not actively listening to others, because we are thinking of our Ya-But response instead of listening. In this episode Michael discusses how we can eliminate the idea of control by simply listening instead of adding your ideas to every conversation. “Yes but” suggests there is a different fact to consider.
