Parul gave up a flourishing corporate career to pursue a humanitarian mission to help people suffering from mental disorders. She is a Director at Sanjivni Society for Mental Health - the leading NGO providing FREE mental health counseling services for anyone who needs them.
As the host of Voices In My Head, it is my mission to educate as many people as possible about mental health because for years I was depressed and anxious but just didn't know that I was. The first step towards solving any problem is realising that there is one.
