In this episode of What the Fat, I talk about how I made a $5,000 dollar bet with my brother in the hopes that I lose. On my recent trip to California I spent time with my brother and during that time I made him a offer he couldn’t refuse. Even though I monetarily bet against myself, my brothers triumph is actually my biggest gain!

Enjoy The Show!

Takeaways

I learn that sometimes you have to go to great lengths and make big offers to get someone to start seeing the value of their own health. Sometimes it just takes a little more motivation to get people on the right track.
