Starting to Remember W/O Fantasy
Manage episode 338447219 series 3374271
My journey in discovering inner healing through experiencing my unresolved childhood traumas. In this episode, I share the first trauma I just recently remembered from my innermost being. That's an ongoing process. I invite you to bring up your unresolved childhood traumas with me. I invite you to re-contextualize them and shift your awareness to them. Who you are today is a result of our past. By not dealing with them, we are doing a great disservice to ourselves and others. Join me as I continue my journey and discovery.
Afraid? Yes. Please come, grab a seat, and feel my presence with me. I am running, as fast as I can, through this past life. I need to remember I have extremely important information to share with others that will help their lives.
As I begin to navigate my past traumas, I plan to share each important factor with you. My intention is to raise awareness and open up dialog. I want to help you move forward. To open up your mind to new growth and new meaning. Helping you heal from the past is my goal. As I share my journey with you, I ain’t going to do it my way. I will work with your beliefs, values, and thought processes to mold them.
