"Two years ago from today, I received the call that I had breast cancer. This day will forever bring in a flood of emotions. Feelings of sadness, anger, yet at the same time, feelings of hope and gratefulness. I’m proud of the girl in these two pictures. Cancer taught me to look beyond the image that I saw in the mirror. You have to when you lose your hair, see the scars and when your body feels so foreign. The girl on the right has come back even stronger than precancer. I’ve learned to cherish the moments that are beautiful. Even if they’re small. Grateful for each day that I am here and spending time with the people that I love ❤️"

We had the honor of interviewing one of our Krave Athletes Colette who is a cancer survivor and a true champion in our eyes! In this interview we talk cancer, new puppy and how she is the wife of the year for buying her hubby a motorcycle for his birthday WITHOUT HIM KNOWING!!!!! We also talk about the chapter she has started in Des Moines for others who have received a diagnosis. It's an episode you do not want to miss!!
