We are heading back to the roots of this podcast and, starting at the Muladhara or Root chakra, examining our Trust. Without trust our root chakra is not stable or secure. When we don't trust we find that we need to control, we find that we are fearful. Of course we are! If we didn't trust a bridge, say, or a person, then we would have every right to feel fear! But when we let that distrust invade our day to day lives, it will be very limiting, holding us back from feeling the safety, security and stability that we need at our root chakra in order to have that strong foundation that we need and want.
So today, I ask you just a couple of simple questions, which you can take with you into your day. Your inner wisdom will continue to mull these over and it can lead to some interesting revelations! Here are the questions again, for your ease...
Who or what do I trust in my life?
Am I trying to control anything in my life that I no longer need to?
What is it that I am afraid of, that is making me feel I need to control?
These are MASSIVE questions! Hold them lightly...
