Christina also gives us her proven grocery list that will help keep cortisol levels down, regulate your metabolism, and help you feel amazing! She’s also sharing her genius, time-saving meal prep hacks- how to super fast and the nutritious method to making smoothies in the morning. She has us snacking like a nutritional expert! Did you know you should snack before bed to have the best sleep ever? Yup, this episode is full of useful and practical tips to help you level up your health journey. - Most fish, like sushi, carry parasites, because of the way that the US mass produces food, but you can make your gut more stronger, acidic and resilient to parasites with proper eating by eating things like garlic, pumpkin seeds and papaya seeds.
- When it comes to meal prepping, plan for success: Frozen is just as good as fresh. It traps all the nutrients and stops the micronutrients from depleting as the veggies decay.
- Two things you need to do for your nutrition: Have a small snack that is rich in carbohydrates and protein first thing in the morning and right before bed. This will help lower your cortisol first thing in the morning before caffeine intake, and help you produce more melatonin at night to sleep better.
