Today's minisode is all about the FEELS. During a recent moment of intense overthinking, I paused and noticed how out of my physical body I was. When we drop into the body, we allow ourselves to become present with what is actually unfolding. We can get out of the mind, out of ego, out of fear and feel into what is really there. When it comes to anxiety, this is KEY. But the biggest step is allowing those feelings to actually be there.
