In this episode we discuss four strategies to help maintain your healthy living and/or weight loss goals during the holidays. They are: 1. Ask yourself how you want to feel during the holidays. 2. Ask yourself how you want to feel after the holidays. 3. List the habits and behaviors that make you feel your best. 4. Considering your answers to question 1-3, review which of the habits and behaviors you are able to commit to either fully, partially or in some sort of revised way during the holiday period.
