Depression is the most common mental disorder in our entire human history, as it does not discriminate on who can be a victim. As depression becomes more potent, the difficulty of basic task increases, it becomes a challenge to enjoy things you would normally enjoy, and your relationships may begin to fail. Regardless of where you are in your journey, it is extremely challenging to combat, but not impossible. In this episode, we discuss 5 very doable and easy ways you can destroy your daily funk.
