Our Guest today is an ultra runner, race director, historian and expert on All Things Ultra... All Things Ladies. Since 2004 he has finished about 200 ultras, including over 105 100-mile races. He has run Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim) 15 times. In 2018, he started Ultrarunning History Podcast and Articles where he takes a special interest in highlighting the history of women in ultra running.
