Another reason why the holidays are so hard on some people is because they anticipate drama. When you think about it it seems they expect so much from family members than they do their own friends. Why is that? I mean I don’t really have the complete answer but it is important to note the fact and that we must really put some thought and effort into that fact if we want the outcome to be the best one. Why separate the two? Especially when we each one are people who are not perfect. Those people do not exist. Take just 5 or 6 minutes and find out more.
