Last week was a tough one as we talked through mistakes. This episode, we want to focus on joy! It is easy in life to notice all the things that are not going well- a difficult boss, kids acting out, issues with your partner, a health scare. The world consistently talks about what is bad. As we head into an election in the US, the media is overly focused on negativity. In these times, it is hard to see the joy. This is where this episode is such a gift to recalibrate. We are able to work together to find the joy in the little moments and see every day as a gift. We come to you as your friends who have struggled with the negative thoughts and help you to find the good in your life.
