The universe and beyond is us. All flows through our body naturally. In this meditation we enjoy the universe flowing from above down through our crown then our third eye and back up to our crown and out, then our throat and back up to our crown and out, heart, solar plexus and back up to our crown and out, genital area and back up to our crown and out, base of our spine and back up to our crown and out. Then back up from the base of our spine nicely up to our crown and out back through each of our chakras. Let's practice together : )
