In this episode, Olympian Emily Muskett joins me as we delve into her inspiring weightlifting career. Despite setbacks and the disappointment of not being chosen for the Olympics initially, she persevered, eventually making it to the global stage in Toyko for the 2020 Summer Olympics.

After retiring from professional weightlifting, she transitioned into motherhood, navigating through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. She shares her experience of adjusting her exercise routine and accepting her postpartum body.

Now engaged in CrossFit, weightlifting, and running, she acknowledges the differences in her training and embraces the journey, emphasizing the importance of accepting oneself at every stage.
