You have all the answers inside of you. Ok maybe not every single answer. If you find that you need more help, Google it. Yup. Google can be your new best friend. Usually we do have all the information and we aren't used to accessing it inside of us.
In this episode, I share how I am learning to turn inward for answers. I hope this episode moves you to check in with yourself more often.
