The quality of your neurotransmitters (serotonin, gabba etc) are determined by the quality of your gut health.

This week on the podcast I interview Heather Famularo who is a mum, wife, nutritionist and certified GAPS practitioner. She’s passionate about seeing food intolerances reversed by healing the gut.
