By now, you’ve probably seen and heard quite a bit about protein and how important it is to us. And there’s literally no disputing that getting enough protein is vital to us for a number of reasons.

However, with so much information flying around from so many different sources it can actually be really difficult to sort out fact from fiction, and figure out how much of it we actually need.

So today, I’m diving into this to talk about:

-why is protein so important and how can it help us to get better results from exercise

-what are the official guidelines on how much protein we need and how does that look in an average diet

-the easiest way to make sure you’re getting sufficient protein WITHOUT weighing, measuring and counting

-how we can make sure we’re getting a good mix of protein to support our bodies
