This week we continue with the series on Getting the Fitness Results You Want, and we’re finally moving onto movement! There’s a reason this isn’t the first thing that I talk about - so if you want to know more about the foundations that need to be built to make this pillar as successful as possible, do go and have a listen to episodes 110 through to 113.

This week we’re going to talk all about:

-Why does regular exercise feel so damned hard?

-What can we do to make it that bit easier to bring into our lives

-And what does a great movement programme look like?

Ultimately, the key to life long movement is NOT going for broke straight away and ending up feeling broken and unmotivated when you can’t keep it up. It’s about building the habit first and building from there, and that’s what you’ll be learning about in this week’s episode.
