This week’s episode of The BibRave Podcast features a peek behind the BibRave curtain! Tim, Jess, and Andy give us the scoop on the recent work offsite that they (along with Julia!) were lucky enough to attend… in Hawaii!

Tim and Jess are housesitting in Hawaii (it's rough, we know!) and with strict attention to the state's COVID regulations, they were able to bring the BibRave leadership team together for the first time in over a year. Tim, Jess, and Andy discuss the topics and projects the team tackled, and they drop a lil’ teaser on some fun new things to expect from BibRave in the next few weeks!

They also talk about the current state of Andy’s running (Marathon training!), how he’s been handling the extremely cold Chicago temps this year (spoiler - he’s surprisingly LOVING the cold!), and what’s in store for each of their running futures this year.
