In this episode, we learn to identify those recognisable patterns in our lives. We come to the understanding that these patterns have been embedded in us due to our subconscious need for predictability and comfort. But we also recognise how these patterns often result in discomfort or dissatisfaction. We learn how these patterns tend to limit creativity, authenticity, and diversity in our lives. We also discover how our fear of new things is linked to the evolutionary journey of mankind, where the goal is survival over everything else. The main focus of this episode is learning to ask ourselves whether the patterns we've created are beneficial to us and whether they serve our purpose in our lives. Where the answer is no, we can now begin the process of changing the pattern.
