A really cool fact about Yellowhead County Fire Department is they have over 30% females in their department which is one of the highest in North America. Megan thinks it's pretty incredible to work with so many badass females. Currently all 3 (2 Acting & 1 Permanent) Deputy Fire Chiefs are female.
