We often don’t think about the ‘minute’ day-to-day things that directly impact our wellbeing, so I thought it would be fun to spend this episode sharing some of the little things I’ve been working on lately that have had a big effect on my mental health. While it might not be the case that absolutely everything is your cup of tea, you might find a tidbit that you hadn’t thought of before. We’ll chat about practicing accepting a compliment, keeping your living space clean, seeking out puppy videos online (but, really!), and spending 1000 hours outside. Get out that Notes app, jot down anything that resonates with you, and make it a reality!
