Kat Harris is an educator, host of The Refined Collective Podcast, and now author of "Sexless in the City". Through her online platform, The Refined Woman, her vision is to be a voice of truth and hope while equipping women to walk in wholeness, worthiness, and freedom. Today we talk about how to deconstruct our beliefs and the narratives we receive, so that we can walk confidently in our convictions.
