It may be a cliche but it's so true, when one door closes another opens, or in other words 'rejection is redirection.'
This week's episode talks about how as humans we tend to self sabotage and spiral when we feel rejected. It's actually a primal instinct from tribe mentality as back in the day, rejection from the tribe would have meant likely death, so it's a protection technique, but these days we aren't going to die if we get rejected by a partner or don't get the job, so how do we reframe this thinking and look for the positives or the redirection? In this episode I'll share some steps and techniques.
