On this episode we are discussing a fantastic little analogy I read about momentum and getting started.
I'm sure there will have been loads of times throughout life when you will have started something, only to be inconsistent, lose momentum and give up. Remembering this little analogy has given me the motivation to do things even when I don't feel like it, for the sake of momentum and knowing how hard it is to start again.
