Fueling During a Race – Don’t test these on race day. Use during training to see how your body reacts.
Water – may need to carry your own water during longer runs.

Energy Bars – Read labels! Some are just as good for you as a candy bar! Can have a lot of sugar (10-25g); Calories (150-250 cal.)

  • Kashi
  • Snickers

Energy Gels – Take with water. Can mix with your water to get a consistent dose.
