Adult ADHD ADD Tips and Support Podcast – Setting Healthy Boundaries. This podcast is an audio companion to the book “The Drummer and the Great Mountain – A Guidebook to Transforming Adult ADD / ADHD.”
In this episode, we’ll discuss “people pleasing” and how to set healthy boundaries as a hunter-type. Many of us have struggled with low self-esteem since childhood. As a result, we’ve adopted a self-limiting pattern of negating our our needs and prioritizing everyone else’s. We’ll get to the core reasons why we do this, and how we can gracefully set boundaries so we can live to our fullest potential.
