Today I visit with Dr. Amy Novotny, founder of the PABR Institute, which aims to provide natural relief for pain, stress, and anxiety. Dr. Novotny shares insights from her extensive background in orthopedics, sports, geriatrics, and chronic pain, explaining her unique method that combines pain awareness, breathing, and relief (P.A.B.R.).
