- Eat healthy, No cheat meals & no alcohol
- Drink 1 gallon of water
- (2) 45min workouts, 1 of which is outside
- Read (10) pages of a non-fiction book
- Take a progress pic
Let's review how day 57 went for me;
- (2) 45min workouts, 1 of which is outside
- Workout 1 - Dirt track jogging
- Workout 2 - Kettle bell swings and Ab roller
- Book I Am Currently Reading
