We spent time with Dr. Anson today. Her varied background and journey to her coaching and training business makes her an important part of the conversation we're looking for on our show. Dr. Anson stressed the importance of buy-in by front-line managers and also how we need to not use generational descriptions to gauge how an employee will act once hired.
