Hey Friend!

After having a few friends point out to me how strange my dessert eating habits were, I realized I had to make an episode about it. Because the truth is, as a health coach who is big on balancing blood sugar and eating whole foods, I have dessert most nights and have maintained a healthy weight for over 10 years.

With Valentine's being this week, I know we're all facing a bit of chocolate temptation, so what better topic than how to manage sugar cravings and STILL enjoy some tasty treats?
