What are strategy sessions? These are my specialty, I take someone's problem and we break down what's getting in their way.
It's a pretty powerful session, some of the topics we cover:
- Getting "unstuck"
- Thinking out various ideas/opportunities
- Prioritization of opportunities
- Splitting attention
- Utilizing your skills for maximum impact
- Time auditing and optimization
- Self sabotage
- Identifying what skills are missing
