Ep 175: Why community connection is so important

Whether you're an introvert or an extrovert, we all receive benefits from engaging in community. As we connect with other human beings, our own gifts are amplified through that heart connection. In this episode, I reflect on my experience at a recent yoga retreat and how it reinforced for me how much collaboration and immersion in collective energy is for my own evolution. Maybe it will help inspire you to join a community or start to cultivate your own!
