Zack Demopoulos is a caregiver, caregiver advocate, and author. With his partner Selma Archer he founded ieadvocates which is a consulting company whose purpose is to help employers support their employees who struggle working and being a caregiver. Zack has over 36 years of diverse experience working in the corporate and small business environments mostly in HR.
Zack founded and operated a home care agency for 13 years, helping over 500 families care for their family loved ones, and hiring over 700 professional caregivers to provide that care.
He currently is a long distance caregiver for his mom who lives in NC and he travels from NJ where he lives with his wife, Phyllis and two rescue dogs. They enjoy having their three adult children with their spouses and two grandchildren live near them.
