Did you know that your ego loves to be proved right? And it loves to convince you that your current identity and beliefs are the ones that are true for you (even when they’re not serving you)? And did you know that more often than not we’ll jump to the defence of our ego, to try and prove ourselves right? And that this can be a major way in which we hold ourselves back from getting something better?

Well today we’re diving into this - diving into the battle that’s going on within you between what you say you want for yourself and what your ego is actually willing to allow you to have?

I’ll be sharing what’s going on with your ego, why it wants to be proved right all the time, why that’s not a good thing, and how we can start to dampen it down to get more of what we want when it comes to our fitness and wellness.
