I am Paula; The owner & host of Talk Shit With P Podcast. Born in Tanzanian but raised around the World… lived in 3 Continents, 6 Countries and now residing in Atlanta, GA
I am a big mental health advocate as i personally battle with depression… Fast Forward to 2020; when boredom strikes and depression hit hard, who knew a podcast would be the safe space i needed?!? And that’s how Talk Shit With P was born; a safe space to talk you’re shit & feel HEARD

Now about the glacious HOST of the WEEK Abida Rahman is The Balancing Guru … self-awareness coach and healer who will be launching her first book; Body, Mind & Spiritual Alignment this year.
