Ever felt like you're constantly on the go, with no time to catch your breath? I've been there, stuck between the transition from being a child to an adult and the constant expectations of social interactions. That's why I've embraced the 'airplane mode' concept. It's my way of reclaiming my solitude and carving out much-needed personal space amidst the chaos of life. And guess what? It's okay to put yourself first.
The truth is, balancing personal time can be a real struggle. We are burdened by guilt when saying 'no' to others and often forget the importance of winding down in our unique ways. In this episode, we shed light on self-care and establishing boundaries. It's about time we permit ourselves a moment's peace away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Ultimately, the goal is to nurture a healthy relationship with solitude and understand that we are only human—it's absolutely okay to take a break and recharge.
