Valentines Day Special! Are you curious how your relationship status could be affecting your outdoor sports? Maybe you're single and actively mingling... maybe you're in a long term relationship and feeling stable. I believe these all play a role in how we interact with the world and our outdoor activities. In today's episode, I ramble and explore what that means for me, what it might mean for you, and how to improve your outdoor mindset regardless of relationship status.
This is the fourth and final episode in a 4 part series that includes how to overcome feelings of "I'm not enough", "I take up too much space", "I'm a burden", and finished with the finale of a valentines day special: How your relationship status may be affecting your outdoor mindset.

Wild Woman Scholarship Fund I am excited to announce that I’ve started a scholarship fund to help get folks who would otherwise not be able to afford my health and life coaching services. I am accepting donations via @wildwomancoaching venmo. When you donate, mention the Scholarship Fund and I will set the money aside. Once there is enough money saved up, I will reach out to someone in a marginalized community who is in need of my services, but cannot afford them! I will also be putting 5% of my personal profits from any of my programs towards this mission!
