For this episode we go into the marathon again. In our very first Running Partners we talked about how to go about approaching a marathon, so in this episode we build on that and go into more of the detail. We cover training plans and specifics, how long to run in the build-up, weekly mileage, fueling, drinks, equipment and much more.
