Lindsay is a healer & mother who studies & teaches IFS (Internal Family Systems Therapy) otherwise known as Parts work, originally founded by Richard Schwartz Ph.D. IFS is a tool that I learnt with Lindsay in 2020 and I have used it ever since, in different ways. It has helped improved relationship with self, self love, partner relationships and so much more.
If you are in the personal development space and you have never heard of parts work it's time to reevaluate!
