No doubt that our entrenched self-limiting belief are very often our biggest barrier to overcome. This is where self-affirming talk is important. Having a mantra. Reading affirmations – turning that negativity into positive statements about ourselves.

Why not just be up for the challenge as opposed to automatically thinking that you CAN’T do something. You have to believe in yourself and that anything is possible. Challenge your negative thoughts about yourself. When your head says you CAN’T do something – pull out some other accomplishment that you once thought was impossible. If you can do that thing – you can do anything.
Midlife is only halfway - let's kill it!
