Most of us are thankful for something, but we may not be able to put our finger on it or even explain WHY we are grateful for that thing. Gratitude is a practice that people think is easy, but when we are surrounded by negative soundtracks all day, it is hard to come up with reasons why we are thankful.
This week, let's focus on becoming aware of the things around us that we are thankful for and see how our minds starts to look for those things throughout the day.
