Today on our BONUS EPISODE- I wanted to share with you a very close passion project of mine. This past year was filled with collective anxiety in which allowed us to relate to one another and amplify that it is okay to not be okay. With this, I created a mental health incentive called “CheckInWithYou”. This features friends and loved ones of mine in the industry as they checked in themselves to see how they were coping with their mental wellbeing during this time. Its authentic, raw, and showcases you are never alone. When one shows their vulnerability in such a way it encourages us to look within and find the strength to know the power is in you.
