On today’s episode of the Rebel WhiteCoat Podcast, we have Dr. Glenn Livingston, a psychologist who specializes in researching bingeing and overeating. Dr. Glenn shares his own personal journey out of obesity and food prison and into a healthy weight and a much more lighthearted relationship with food. He has also spent several decades researching the nature of bingeing and overeating through working with his own patients and through a self funded research program with more than 40,000 participants.
