In this second part of Lorena’s discussion with Conscious Parenting coach, Marisa Garcia, Marisa expands the practice into Conscious Living, which she describes as being aware of how our past trauma is constantly informing our present and the way we judge ourselves. She stresses why we must first have empathy for ourselves, before we can truly empathize with others, and gives us the powerful daily practice of the “Red Light” meditation.
