What is shadow work? I didn’t know until I met Xavier Dagba and started working with him. We dove right into our work together, touching tender places and excavating buried corners. The work was intense, but it created a sense of freedom and expansion for me that was dramatic and noticeable.
In this conversation, Xavier helps us understand what shadow work is and isn’t, shares his personal journey with us, and invites us to dive bravely into our shadows, to reclaim all of the parts of ourselves that make us whole.
