Kristeen, KPing Fit, Helps empower women with real advice on how they can look after their own health and wellness, so they can thrive in life. With almost 20 years in the fitness industry, I have seen the good the bad, and the ugly. All the crazy advice and restrictive diets forced on women I even found myself having to fix my own health and hormones. This then sparked my interest for female health and realised the gap in women’s health education was massive, so I made it my mission to help women learn the tools they need that would armour them for not just a bang average ( I feel tired) life, I want to help women armour themselves for a thriving life, because you only get one.
