In this episode, Anita talks about the ancient art of Palmistry.
Its roots were found in the traditions of the Roma travellers and ancient India which then spread across the world, through China, Egypt, Greece and then on to Europe more than 600 years ago.
Anita discusses the two aspects of palmistry, how to take a mini reading of your own hand and to be able to distinguish between your dominant hand from your passive and what it means in relation to your everyday life.
- Chirognomy: Reading the shape and quality of the hand, gap between fingers the skin's texture and joints.
- Chiromancy: The interpretation of the lines and other markings.
- The Passive Hand: Reveals inherited traits; early and family influence; your destiny. It will reveal if you have been born with a particular character trait or talent.
- The Active/Dominant hand: Reveals if you are using or overlooking your natural abilities.
By comparing features and markings on the two hands you can see if this is something that has been developed or born with.
