Today I'm going to talk more about the HOW to maintain balanced hormones after you put in the work -- all while staying present in your busy, beautiful life! I want to share with you simple ways to support your taht circadian rhythm, blood sugar balance, rest and movement. These practices don't always look perfect, but I look for pockets in my day to fit them in and I know it makes all the difference. I also share with you three ways I support my body's need to detox.
